• Why we sleep - by Matthew Walker

    Very insightful book on all things related to sleep, well supported by relevant research - not just by the author but seemingly by most scientists invested in the subject. Both informative and easy to act upon. After a few chapters the spin is very predictable - whatever the issue, more sleep helps - but still worth a read simply because it is not expected that sleep will have an effect on so many aspects of our well-being.
